Add ticket

  1. Subject of ticket.
  2. Description of ticket.
  3. Type of ticket (may be question, bug, task or other).
  4. Priority of ticket (may be low, normal, high or urgent).
  5. Attach file.

View / Update Ticket

  1. Question with user name, date and description.
  2. Answer to question.
  3. Comment to this answer.
  4. Change status of ticket.
  5. Attach file.
  6. Submit.
